It's over when is it over

I'm working on some software right now, and I'm struggling with the "when is it done" problem. I've always had a problem with figuring out when to stop.
I used to keep a sketchbook in High School. I would get my drawings to a point where I probably could have stopped and had a bitchin sketch but I kept working on it. Eventually I would just ruin the drawing by adding to much shading or whatever. I seem to have this problem with a lot of things.
When is an application finished? Well Getting Real and many others have said that an application is never finished. Maybe I should re-phrase the question, "When is an application ready?"
Well in my corporate life it doesn't really matter when the application is ready, all that matters is the deadline. However in my personal projects I have no deadlines, so it can just go on and on and on.
So I guess that's the answer, create a deadline, even if it's arbitrary. If you were to look up the word procrastination in Wikipedia, there would be a picture of me, unless they've found it and taken it down already. I will let something go to the last minute, but if there is no last minute then I'm screwed.
It's over when it's over. I suddenly have the urge to listen to the Squirrel Nut Zippers. (hehe, I had to look up how to spell Squirrel).

Excellent post. Styling your blog the right way is key. This information is impressive. I am inspired with your post writing style & how continuously you describe this topic.
Because of the time, the procrastinators suffer. It's very difficult when you do not know what the final result will be. With my work in https://1custompapers.com/ the same way. Since I am a writer who helps people write written tasks on me, the fate of other people depends. And I have to do the work on time so that my conscience is clear.
